Can I request to cancel a course and get a refund?

Request for Course Cancellation and Refund

As per our cancellation policy, students have 14 days from the start date to cancel with a full refund. All course cancellations will incur an administration fee of $250.
​To request, fill out our cancellation form. Once the completed form has been received, our administration team will arrange to process it for you.

Outside the refund timeframe, no refund will be applied if you decide to cancel. However, Applied Education may offer the following options in lieu of a refund:

  1. Transfer to another course of the same or lesser value; or
  2. Transfer the course to another student. When permissible, this will incur a fee of $275.
