How do I download and open a MYOB Company Data file?
How to Download and Open a MYOB Company Data file
1. Download the Company Data file from the Student Platform
2. Open your Downloads folder on your PC to confirm the file is there;
3. Open the MYOB Software that you've downloaded - MYOB AccountRight Plus 2017.2
4. Click on 'Open a company file'
5. Click 'Add a company file to this library'
6. Select the Company File from your Downloads folder
7. Click OK on the pop-up window
8. Click on the Company File that's now in your MYOB Library and then click 'Open'
9. Leave User ID as Administrator and leave password blank, then click OK
You are now ready to use the MYOB Company File.
